Havda Global is a fast‑growing procurement and supply company supporting government and private‑sector tenders across the UAE. We specialize in the sourcing and delivery of medical and nursing consumables, laboratory consumables, zoology research materials, general consumables, certified safety equipment as well as general maintenance consumables. We manage end‑to‑end logistics, import compliance, and supplier relationships. As we are expanding, we are looking for a reliable and proactive team member to join our operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Procurement & Logistics Specialist to manage sourcing, supplier development, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance for imported products. The role also includes maintaining a structured supplier database and supporting operational tasks such as deliveries when required.

This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company and take ownership of procurement and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

• Source products locally and internationally for recurring and tender‑based requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard B2B suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms
• Maintain a complete database of products, suppliers, and pricing

Supplier Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long‑term supplier partnerships
• Track supplier performance and compliance
• Ensure suppliers meet tender specifications

Logistics & Import Coordination

• Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules
• Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Prepare import documentation and ensure timely clearance

Regulatory Compliance Handle product approvals and registrations with:

• MOCCAE (Ministry of Climate Change & Environment)
• Dubai Municipality / Environmental Health
• Dubai Health Authority (DHA)
• Agricultural & farming authorities

Operational Support

• Assist with deliveries to customers when required
• Support partners with day‑to‑day operational tasks
• Ensure proper documentation (delivery notes, GRNs, invoices)
