Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulations.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
