A High-Net-Worth family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and highly professional Private Chef to join their household on a long-term basis.

This is an important appointment within a well-run private home. We are looking for a chef who understands the standards, discretion and consistency required in a high-profile environment.


Package

  • AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month, depending on experience
  • Daily allowance
  • Accommodation provided if required

The Role

  • Preparing daily meals to an exceptional standard
  • Strong expertise in Mediterranean and Russian cuisine is essential
  • Designing varied, balanced menus tailored to family preferences
  • Managing the kitchen independently and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards
  • Sourcing premium ingredients and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Catering for guests when required
  • Working seamlessly alongside other household staff




Skills

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Private Chef within HNW/UHNW households
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Mediterranean and Russian culinary traditions
  • Professional, composed and discreet
  • Highly organised and self-sufficient
  • A genuine team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Comfortable in a high-expectation, fast-paced environment
