Summary:
The Plant Coordinator - Commercial Section will be responsible for coordinating commercial activities within the plant, including handling purchase orders, invoices, and supplier communication. This role will report to the Chief Plant Commercial as required.
Job Responsibility:
- Arrange a build smart request log for commercial activities within the plant.
- Forward purchase orders to suppliers and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Receive invoices from suppliers and verify them against the purchase orders and timesheets/delivery notes.
- Prepare goods receivable notes for external invoices.
- Forward validated invoices to the accounts department for processing.
- Follow up with suppliers to resolve any disputes and obtain credit notes when necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial coordination or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documentation accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and accounting principles is preferred.
