Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive the executive or designated individual to appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including regular cleaning and scheduling maintenance
• Plan routes and manage schedules to avoid delays and optimize travel time
• Assist with loading and unloading personal items as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and discretion regarding all aspects of the job
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel use, and maintenance
• Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
• Provide courteous and professional service, representing the employer positively
• Be available for occasional overtime or out-of-hours assignments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a personal or professional driver
• Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
• Strong punctuality and time management skills
• Professional demeanor and good communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with high-profile or corporate executives
• Defensive driving training or certification
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation technology
• Multilingual abilities
