Hi! I’m looking for a personal assistant to support me with both business and personal tasks, as I manage several projects and a busy daily schedule here in Dubai.
This role is perfect for someone organized, hands-on, and reliable — someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and calm to a dynamic day.
Your Role:
You will act as a trusted right hand — helping manage both corporate and personal tasks, with a sharp eye for detail and total reliability.
Responsibilities may include:
- Actively participating in ongoing projects across both business and personal areas
- Managing calendars, appointments, daily planning, meetings, and travel plans
- Coordinating with partners, vendors, staff, contractors, and business teams
- Overseeing household errands and family-related logistics
- Organizing files, contacts, documents, and follow-ups
- Handling personal and sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality
- Monitoring and restocking basic office supplies and inventory
- Welcoming guests or coordinating meetings when needed
- Keeping the workspace organized and running smoothly
- Assisting with errands and tasks around the city
Ideally, you:
- Are currently based in Dubai
- Speak fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
- Confidently handling tools like Microsoft Office
- Are well-organized, adaptable, and proactive
- Understand the importance of discretion and trust
- Have a calm, positive attitude — and get things done without fuss
- Hold a valid driver’s license
