A busy entrepreneur is looking for a highly motivated, ambitious and well-rounded person who can support him on a day-to-day basis across multiple, young and fast-growing companies in various countries.
The job combines that of an Associate, an Analyst, Admin and Marketing to grow with experience into business development, investor relations and marketing roles, or a combination of the above.
The job is based out of Dubai and London but involves travel and working from international locations. It is ideal for someone keen to learn business building skills from the ground up across different jurisdictions.
A key focus area will be the crypto industry, which is fast-moving, with both in person meetings and conference participation as well as communication via WhatsApp, Telegram, emails, zoom calls, etc.

Responsibilities
1. High pressure job for someone excellence-oriented keen to “get out there” and build multi-disciplinary experience not possible in a large corporate organisation.
2. The role involves shadowing and working with a busy entrepreneur who has businesses in the UAE, UK, Europe, and North America.
3. The work involves various aspects of business: research, note taking, analysis, marketing, presentations for business development and relationship building.
4. It also involves managing various aspects of travel, planning and logistics: diary management, air travel, hotel bookings and organisation of meetings.
5. Liaise with senior industry leaders internally and business leaders externally, including legal, marketing/PR and tech service providers, to obtain and disseminate information.
6. Able and happy to travel overseas, even at short notice.
7. Experience in business management consulting helpful; preference given to enthusiasm over experience and any particular educational qualifications.
8. The role is designed for someone to learn about various aspects of a business and grow with it. It’s demanding and not for everyone. For the right person, this will be a dream job.
1. Strong analytical skills and critical reasoning abilities are essential. A key requirement of the position is ability to work independently and provide ‘implement-able’ solutions to business problems.
2. Excellent written, communication, AI tools and MS Office skills. Other software skills welcome particularly presentation programs.
3. Knowledge of other languages, spoken or written, is helpful.
