Reporting to theProject Controls Director, thePerformance and Reporting Managerwillberesponsible fordeveloping, implementing, and managingreports for the program. The candidate will work with Unifier, Aconex, SharePoint, Power Bi,etc.

KBR has been appointed under a framework agreement with the largest developer in Abu Dhabi to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects that contribute to Abu Dhabi's growth. This includes developing essential infrastructure such as transportation networks and utilities, alongside public spaces andinvolving alsothe shaping of thriving communities by managing the development of residential housing projects and ensuring the quality of new educational facilities, together with the development of mosques and maximizing urban space through infill development projects. This PMC role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on Abu Dhabi's built environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting

• Provide monthly and weekly reports 

  
  
  

• Preparing and making presentations

  
  
  

• Aware of the different tasksand functionsof Project Controls

  
  
  

Power Platform

• Design new modules in the current bespoke PMIS systems developed.

  
  
  

• Experience with Dataverse and Model driven apps.

  
  
  

• Implement security models including role-based access control (RBAC), business units, and field-level security to protect sensitive project information.

  
  
  

• Optimizeenvironment strategy (Dev, Prod) and manage Solution layering to ensure seamless deployment cycles via Power Platform Pipelines.

  
  
  

• Ability to build Canvas Apps as needed.

  
  
  

• Automate complex business logic and cross-system integrations using Power Automate (cloud flows) and business process flows to enforce project governance.

  
  
  

• Experience with JavaScript and JSON to develop web resources.

  
  
  

• Management of security groups using Azure.

  
  
  

• Experience with Docusign.

  
  
  

Microsoft fabric

• Develop Fabric artifacts such as Dataflows and Notebooks to transform raw project data into curated reporting layers.

  
  
  

• Architect end-to-end data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric, utilizingLakehousesor Warehouses to ingest data from the PMIS and external sources.

  
  
  

• Design and deploy executive-level Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into Programme Portfolio.

  
  
  

• Implement advanced DAX measures andDirectLakeconnectivity to ensure high-speed reporting on large-scale project datasets.

  
  
  

• Working with RLS, security groups tofacilitaterobust security solutions.

  
  
  

• Ability to work with DAX query view.

  
  
  

• Ability to work with TMDL view.

  
  
  

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• ITcompetentand expert user ofPower BIand Unifier 

  
  
  

• BSc, engineering,architectureor equivalent.

  
  
  

• Minimum of 15years overall experience

  
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role(Infrastructure)

  
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years working inAbu Dhabi

  
  
  

• Excellent report writing and communication skills

  
  
  

• User of MS Office

  
  
  

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
