We are looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to join our fashion company. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Responsibilities:
* Develop patterns from sketches, measurements and design references.
* Create and adjust patterns for sampling and production.
* Perform pattern grading for all required sizes.
* Ensure accurate fit, structure, balance and drape.
* Make pattern corrections following fittings.
* Prepare accurate, production-ready patterns.
* Work closely with tailors during sample development.
* Support garment construction and resolve fitting issues.
* Use both manual and CAD pattern-making techniques.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in pattern making, grading and garment construction for women’s fashion apparel.
* Ability to accurately interpret design sketches, measurements and specifications.
* Proficiency in both manual and CAD pattern making is required.
* Experience with CLO3D is preferred.
* Strong understanding of garment fit, balance, drape and construction.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality-checking skills.
* Ability to create and adjust patterns for sampling and production.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with designers and tailors.
* Previous experience as a Pattern Maker or Pattern Master in the fashion or apparel industry.
* Relevant technical education in fashion design, apparel production or pattern making is preferred.
* Must be willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
