Job description

Position Title:                   Operations Manager

Employment Type:           Full Time

Salary:                               up to 7K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives

Job Location:                   Ajman, UAE

Job Description:

  • Lead and develop the team through effective management, training, recruitment, and ongoing skill enhancement.
  • Oversee customer relations, order fulfilment, and ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
  • Manage financial operations, including sales, expenses, and growth of the customer database.
  • Monitor market trends to drive innovation, new product development, and align company offerings.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationals, male, 45 years old and below.
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations management with proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
