Job Summary

Provide support for organizing and managing the executive director's office affairs.

Responsibilities and Duties

Facilitate communication channels between the executive director and the leadership team and staff to ensure smooth workflow and transfer of directives, instructions, messages, and information.

Organize the executive director's visits and relationships outside the country and participate in important international conferences and events, while monitoring the preparation of comprehensive plans for benchmarking outside the country.

Handle correspondence and letters issued from the executive director's office both internally and externally.

Develop project plans related to the executive director's office and monitor their implementation.

Prepare and coordinate the agenda and presentations for the board of directors' meetings in coordination with the leadership team and sectors.

Ensure compliance of department heads with operational performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare the annual communication and contact plan for the executive director and department heads (internal, external) and monitor its implementation with the concerned parties.

Any other tasks assigned to him.

Educational Requirements

Educational requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Customer communication skills.

Proficiency in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing).

Proficiency in using computers.

Experience Requirements

3 years of experience in the field of secretarial and administrative work.
