Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Clean and tidy all common areas, including the reception area, meeting rooms, and kitchen.
  • Dust and wipe down furniture, equipment, and surfaces regularly.
  • Ensure all restrooms are clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
  • Manage the disposal of waste and recycling materials.
  1. Assistance and Support:
  • Distribute mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
  • Assist with office tasks as required, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Maintain and manage office supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
  1. Errands and Deliveries:
  • Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, groceries, and other items as instructed.
  • Make bank deposits or collect and deliver documents to external organizations.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks that require going outside the office premises.
  1. Security:
  • Monitor and control access to the office premises.
  • Ensure all doors and windows are locked and secure at the end of the day.
  • Report any security concerns or incidents to the Office Manager or relevant authorities.
