We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join Al Khaleej Polymers Rubber & Plastic Industries LLC (Terrain Group) in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience working with Odoo ERP, implementing and customizing modules to meet business needs across manufacturing, HR, and inventory management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing/Manufacturing (MRP), HRMS, Accounting)
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Develop custom modules and reports using Python and PostgreSQL
  • Provide training and support to end users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance


Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience with Odoo ERP
  • Strong knowledge of Python Programming and PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Manufacturing (MRP) module implementation
  • Familiarity with HRMS and other Odoo modules
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
