  1. Undertake Middle East & Central Asia optical market insight, find opportunities, find common market needs and output solution accordingly that can be duplicated in many countries
  2. Identify carriers' business and network requirements, output and deliver formal business & technical proposal and solution presentations accordingly
  3. Take lead in one specific domain or solution topic project, make whole year plans and lead the project operation, output key experience of each key milestones
