Job Description


  1. Undertake Middle East & Central Asia optical market insight, find opportunities, find common market needs and output solution accordingly that can be duplicated in many countries
  2. Identify carriers' business and network requirements, output and deliver formal business & technical proposal and solution presentations accordingly
  3. Take lead in one specific domain or solution topic project, make whole year plans and lead the project operation, output key experience of each key milestones

Skills

Professional Knowledge


  1. Experience in fixed network domain. Especially in optical Access and WDM domain. Master the GPON technology and solution, master the home network technology and solution, master the WDM technology and solution. e.g. FTTR, 10G PON, 50G PON, DWDM/OTN, OXC, ASON, etc.
  2. Experience in optical market insight, can collect data and analyze the market GAP and give suggestions.
  3. Experience in fixed network projects operations
  4. Experience in fiber optical industry policy, experience with regulation entities.


Business Skill


  1. Excellent communication skills, can engage with operators CTO department for technical and engage with operators CBO/CCO for business topics
  2. Output customer side engaging materials according to requirement and insight
  3. Cooperate with colleagues and operate/support fixed network projects, team working and hard working
  4. English as working language and fluent in Arabic
