The ideal candidate must be capable of handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing works. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work independently and deliver high-quality service across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, repair, and servicing of air conditioning systems
Carry out electrical maintenance and troubleshooting
Handle plumbing repairs and general maintenance tasks
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the UAE
Strong experience in AC installation, repair, and servicing
Good knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks efficiently
Hardworking, responsible, and able to work independently
