Job description

We are hiring experienced Mobile Crane Operators for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must have experience operating 60T, 80T, and 100T cranes, preferably with Chinese brands such as Zoomlion, XCMG, or SANY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mobile cranes (RT / AT type) in a safe and efficient manner
  • Execute lifting operations in accordance with approved Lifting Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
  • Interpret and apply Load Charts correctly
  • Coordinate closely with riggers, banksman, and site supervision
  • Conduct daily inspection of crane equipment and ensure operational readiness
  • Strictly follow ADNOC HSE regulations and site safety procedures
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment defects immediately

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous ADNOC project experience
  • Experience operating 60T / 80T / 100T mobile cranes
  • Familiarity with Chinese crane brands such as Zoomlion, XCMG, and SANY
  • Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) system
  • Lifting & Rigging Awareness Certification
  • Banksman / Signaller Awareness Training
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License
  • Minimum 5 years of crane operating experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in oil & gas projects 


Working Schedule

  • 6 working days per week
  • 10 working hours per day
  • Overtime shall be applicable as per project requirements and company policy
