Preparation of Mechanical and electrical services (e.g. HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, lighting, power, drainage, and water supply) shop/detail drawings and as-built drawings.
Preparation of MEP coordination drawings with other trades i.e. structural, Architectural, and interior design.
Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
Preparation of Schematic diagrams and isometric layouts.
Preparation of layout according to local and international Standards
Preparation of duct sizing from airflow data.
Developing the sectional details.
Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company.
He will be an essential link between the Design Team and the Site Team during the construction phase. Must be able to take information from the site team when required and will be required to pass design information onto the site team when required by the Interior Designer (verbal or written communication). Experience of working in a site situation is essential. Excellent knowledge of fit-out detailing is essential.
Skills
Education: Diploma/bachelor’s in mechanical and electrical engineering
At least 3+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and PDF Tools
Must have basic knowledge in Architecture and interior design, and related fields.
Knowledge of local codes and fit-out regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
Fluency in English is required, multilingual preferred.
