This is a full-time on-site role for a Master Carpenter based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The Master Carpenter will lead and execute high-quality woodwork, all kind of furniture production projects, including framing, finish carpentry, and installation tasks, ensuring precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities include using hand tools and power tools, interpreting technical designs, and crafting bespoke wooden structures or products. The Master Carpenter will manage woodworking projects from conception to completion and oversee other team members to maintain efficiency and quality standards.

  • Fabricate and assemble furniture using PVC sheets,MDF ,plywood ,WPC and similar materials.
  • Measure, cut, laminate , and finish PVC panels with high accuracy.
  • Operate machinery such as : Panel saw ,Edge banding machine , CNC router.
  • Knowledge and expertise in using Hand Tools and Power Tools
  • Experience in Framing and Finish Carpentry techniques
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to high-quality standards
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and execute projects with accuracy
  • Leadership and teamwork skills to manage and collaborate with fellow carpenters
  • Physical fitness and manual dexterity
  • Prior experience in a similar role and vocational training in carpentry are highly preferred
