The Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns across the region, driving brand recognition and growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and the ability to manage relationships with agencies.

Description
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the region.Drive brand growth and recognition through effective marketing campaigns.Lead the relationship with marketing agencies to ensure optimal service delivery.Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI on marketing spend.Analyse market trends and competitor activity.Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies.Deliver regular reports on marketing activity and campaign effectiveness.


Profile

A successful Marketing Manager CIS should have:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar marketing role within the FMCG industry.Experience managing relationships with agencies.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data
