Job description

Hatimi Properties is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our real estate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have experience running paid ads (Meta & Google), along with a strong understanding of branding, content, and campaign execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms
  • Monitor ad performance and prepare performance reports (CPC, CTR, conversions)
  • Coordinate with designers for ad creatives, videos, and promotional materials
  • Assist with website content, SEO basics, and landing page optimisation
  • Manage social media pages and schedule regular content
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support the sales team with promotional materials and client presentations

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Expertise in verbal and written communication with exceptional copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Must be meticulous and possess excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Copywriting and proofreading experience that validates excellence in verbal and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies


Salary Range: 4000 AED to 5000 AED
