Job Scope

The Platform Manager owns the end-to-end vision, evolution, and scalability of Mindware’s core platform. The role is responsible for shaping the platform roadmap, overseeing development and integrations, managing third-party providers, and building the internal capabilities required to evolve the platform into a scalable, marketplace-ready ecosystem.




Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the platform vision and roadmap, covering architecture, design, versioning, and lifecycle management from current state to next-generation platform and marketplace capabilities.
  • Lead platform development and evolution, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and security across all modules and services.
  • Manage third-party development companies and service providers, ensuring delivery quality, architectural alignment, cost control, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Define and govern API and integration architecture, enabling seamless integration with vendors, partners, and future marketplace participants.
  • Oversee integration of platform modules and models, ensuring coherent architecture, efficient data flows, and scalable system design.
  • Define the internal platform team structure, including roles, skills, and operating model required to support and independently scale the platform over time.
  • Build internal capability and reduce external dependency, ensuring documentation, standards, and processes are in place for long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and teams, aligning platform practices with modern development standards, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide clear visibility to senior leadership, reporting on platform progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic investment needs.
  • Define platform‑wide data strategy, including data pipelines, data quality, metadata management, lineage, and observability.
  • Partner with data engineering to ensure data readiness for AI model training and inference.
  • Drive architecture, onboarding frameworks, certification standards, and monetization strategy for third‑party solutions.
  • Track and measure platform impact, adoption metrics, and value realization.
  • Present clear ROI models and investment rationales to leadership.


Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related field




Experience
  • Minimum 10 of experience as a Platform Manager.
  • Candidate must have experience in handling architecture, design, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • AI knowledge/experience is preferred
