What You Will Do:
Analytics Processes and Project Management
- Deep understanding of various Analytics processes to aid businesses in transforming their processes into analytical requirements.
- Independently drive sessions to design, document, develop, implement, and test rapid prototypes that deliver data insights.
- Actively drive large-scale transformation projects, collaborating closely with project and program managers.
- Represent the data team in senior management review meetings, ensuring data strategy aligns with overall business objectives.
Business Intelligence and Data Solutions
- Define, plan, develop, and implement optimal Business Intelligence and Big Data/Lakehouse applications across multiple complex projects.
- Focus on creating reusable and scalable data and reporting assets that enhance data utility and accessibility across the organization.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications, functional specifications, and essential project documents.
- Guide internal and external teams to ensure business deliveries are completed on time.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and drive the team to consistently achieve project milestones on time and with the highest quality standards.
- Guide and ensure business deliveries per expectations within agile and waterfall project delivery models.
- Provide consultative thought leadership on data analytics, supporting strategic development and execution of analytics in alignment with enterprise strategy.
- Lead a competitive team and drive them to achieve key outcomes efficiently and cost-effectively.
Skills

- Strong technical expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Advanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including design and optimization for analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills for handling unstructured datasets and extracting insights.
- Experience with stakeholder management, AI, cloud technologies, and SAP environments.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Proven track record of leading and implementing analytics transformation projects with significant business impact.
- Extensive experience with data analytics engineering and delivery using tools such as Power BI, Databricks, Alteryx, Tableau, and SAP BI.
