Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate logistics support for dredging and marine projects, including vessels, barges, and marine units
  • Arrange transportation of equipment, spare parts, consumables, and project materials to and from sites
  • Manage vessel ration supply, fuel coordination, and marine consumables
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, port authorities, customs, and marine agents
  • Handle import and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, customs clearance, and permits
  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of vessels and marine equipment
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to project sites
  • Maintain logistics records, inventory reports, and cost tracking
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, port regulations, and maritime safety standards
  • Coordinate with procurement, finance, and project teams for smooth operations
  • Resolve logistics issues and provide timely updates to management

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Marine Studies, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics within dredging, marine, offshore, or port operations
  • Strong knowledge of marine logistics, port operations, and customs procedures
  • Experience coordinating with marine agents, suppliers, and international shipments

Skills & Competencies


  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of shipping documents and customs requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent operational requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Working Conditions


  • Office-based with frequent coordination with ports, vessels, and project sites
  • May require working extended hours based on project and vessel schedules
