The Logistics Executive job in Fujairah offers an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals with experience in dispatch operations, shipment documentation, and customs clearance within an industrial environment. The successful candidate will manage cement and clinker dispatch activities. The role includes handling imported containers, customs documentation, shipment coordination, and logistics reporting.

• Oversee and coordinate the timely dispatch of cement and clinker as per the dispatch plan.
• Manage the receipt of imported containers from India and coordinate customs clearance activities.
• Handle shipment documentation, including Bills of Entry, invoices, and other required logistics documents.
• Manage customs clearance and duty refund procedures with Fujairah, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah Customs authorities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor container movements and shipment schedules.
• Maintain and update MIS records related to dispatch plans, container movements, and logistics operations.
• Prepare regular reports on logistics performance and operational efficiency.
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable customs regulations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in logistics operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong knowledge of shipment documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of import & export procedures is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• General knowledge of standard safety practices and procedures.
• Passion for excellence and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Master of Commerce or MBA will be an advantage.
