Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice on various matters, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations, particularly in the trading, construction, and shipping sectors, to safeguard the organization's interests and mitigate risks.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements specific to trading, construction, and shipping, utilizing your expertise to protect the organization from potential liabilities and ensure favorable terms.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant legislation, case law, and regulatory changes affecting trading companies, heavy construction, and shipping lines to inform strategic decision-making and policy development.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues related to business operations, providing guidance that aligns with organizational goals and enhances efficiency, especially in industry-specific contexts.
5. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, mediations, or negotiations, effectively advocating for our interests and maintaining strong relationships with external legal advisors familiar with industry standards.
