Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine exact boundaries and locations of natural features and man-made structures on the earth's surface.
Job Responsibility:
- Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries of properties, roads, railways, bridges, and other structures.
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS, and GIS to accurately measure distances, angles, and elevations.
- Prepare reports, maps, and plots that present the results of the survey work.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide survey data necessary for planning and executing projects.
- Ensure that survey work meets all legal and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficiency in using survey equipment and software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field may be required.
Proficiency in using surveying tools such as total stations, GPS, and levels
