Job Title: Joinery Site Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Joinery Site Engineer to oversee and manage joinery and interior fit-out works on project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all site activities are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site execution of joinery works including doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, panels, and custom furniture.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with design and client requirements.
- Liaise with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow from factory to site.
- Prepare and manage site schedules, monitor progress, and report on project status.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved quality standards and health & safety regulations.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical input related to joinery works.
- Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors on site-related issues.
- Conduct site inspections and snagging, ensuring timely completion and handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in joinery/interior fit-out works.
- Strong knowledge of wood materials, joinery production, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
