We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join a growing organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for Emirati nationals who are interested in developing their career in IT support and system administration within a professional environment.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings across company systems.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance to ensure data security.
Support the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity.
Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity measures, and data protection practices.
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, systems, and technical procedures.
Provide guidance to staff on the proper use of IT systems and tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in IT support or system administration is an advantage.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and IT troubleshooting.
Familiarity with hardware installation, system configuration, and IT security practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Must be a UAE-Local eligible to work in Abu Dhabi.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
