Job description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our Supply Chain Department in Abu Dhabi.


The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inventory control activities, maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring stock movement, and ensuring that physical stock is aligned with system records. The role requires close coordination with the logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain proper stock availability and support smooth supply chain operations.


The Inventory Controller will also be responsible for reviewing inventory documentation, identifying quantity discrepancies, monitoring fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock, preparing inventory reports, and supporting the handling of returned, near-expiry, and expired items. 



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, retail, or wholesale operations
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
  • Experience in stock reconciliation, stock audits, and discrepancy investigation
  • Ability to monitor par levels, fast-moving items, slow-moving items, and dead stock
  • Experience in preparing inventory reports and tracking stock accuracy
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement coordination, and logistics flow
  • Ability to coordinate with internal departments including logistics, warehouse, and sales teams
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and relevant inventory systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stock or documentation discrepancies
  • Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
  • Organized, professional, diligent, and able to follow up effectively
  • Previous team supervision experience is preferred
  • Driving License
