Strategic HR & Talent AdvisoryPartner with senior leaders to translate business strategy into a clear people agendaSupport leadership hiring and talent decisions to strengthen capability and performanceLead performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession discussionsEnsure strong leadership pipelines and continuity plans are in place2. Workforce Planning & SuccessionDevelop and implement workforce planning across business unitsAssess current talent, identify gaps, and plan future hiring needsWork closely with Finance and leadership to align headcount with budgets and business prioritiesBuild and maintain succession pipelines for critical roles3.
