Maintain up-to-date employee records (hard and soft copies)
Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documents
Track and manage employee attendance, leave records, and absences
Assist in preparing payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in leave deductions, overtime, etc.
Coordinate the onboarding process, including orientation, document collection, and induction
Manage the offboarding process, ensuring smooth exit formalities and final settlements
Prepare necessary forms and clearance certificates
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support grievance handling and promote a positive work environment
Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair application of company policies

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in construction or manufacturing sectors
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information professionally
