About the Role:

The HSE Engineer will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment across all construction supervision activities. The role focuses on implementing HSE management systems, monitoring contractor compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture on-site in line with UAE regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE systems across construction sites.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance and enforce corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Total 10-20 years of experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification.
• Strong experience in construction supervision or large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
