Requirements
To be considered for this role,
you need to meet the following criteria:
·Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience,
ideally within construction, interior fit-out, or related industries.
·Strong interpersonal, leadership, and
communication skills.
·In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best
practices.
·Experience in payroll, recruitment, performance
management, and employee engagement.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with
diverse teams.
