Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Manager to lead the human resource function in our Forex trading organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, and creating a high-performance culture suited to the fast-paced and sensitive nature of the forex industry.


Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Identify and recruit talent for roles in trading, research, operations, customer support, compliance, and IT
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates with a focus on financial knowledge and risk awareness
  • Handle onboarding and orientation with specific attention to confidentiality and regulatory policies

🔹 Employee Lifecycle Management


  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, probation review, appraisals, and exits
  • Maintain updated employee records and HRMS systems
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and develop goal-setting frameworks

🔹 Compliance & Legal Coordination


  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and financial sector regulations (e.g., SEBI, FCA, ESMA)
  • Work closely with the legal/compliance team on disciplinary procedures and policy audits
  • Ensure employee background checks, reference verification, and financial conduct rules are followed


🔹 Payroll & Compensation


  • Manage monthly payroll, trader bonuses, incentives, and compliance deductions
  • Develop compensation models linked to performance, ROI, or KPIs
  • Ensure accurate and timely disbursal of salaries, commissions, and benefits


🔹 Training & Development


  • Conduct regular training on regulatory compliance, risk management, communication, and ethics
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and organize upskilling programs
  • Promote financial literacy and product knowledge sessions


🔹 Workplace Culture & Well-being


  • Create a transparent, professional, and high-performance environment
  • Address workplace conflict and employee grievances tactfully
  • Implement stress management, team-building, and wellness initiatives suited to high-pressure trading roles
