The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, regulatory compliance, and creating a high-performance culture suited to the fast-paced and sensitive nature of the forex industry.

Experience managing payroll, recruitment, and employee policies
Excellent communication, people management, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Forex Trading or CFD/Binary Options
Financial Brokerage or Investment Advisory
Crypto/Fintech platforms (optional)
