We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions within a fast-paced logistics and transportation environment. The role is responsible for managing workforce operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations, overseeing employee relations, and driving operational excellence across blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large workforces within the logistics, delivery, transportation, FMCG, or manpower outsourcing sectors and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. HR Department Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise and manage all activities of the HR department.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor the performance of HR team members.
  • Ensure HR team compliance with company policies, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Act as the final internal checkpoint before HR matters are escalated to management.
Workforce HR Operations
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations for riders, drivers, and white-collar employees.
  • Ensure the proper execution of recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee documentation and personnel records.
  • Coordinate medical insurance administration.
  • Manage employee leave and workforce status tracking.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and employee investigations.
  • Ensure no operational disruption occurs due to HR delays.
Payroll & Workforce Administration
  • Oversee payroll coordination, including overtime calculations, deductions, and incentive administration.
  • Monitor employee attendance and workforce data.
  • Manage accommodation and transportation coordination for employees where applicable.
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting and workforce administration.
Compliance & Legal Oversight
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE regulations.
  • Oversee compliance with WPS governance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with medical insurance requirements and statutory obligations.
  • Lead and manage MOHRE inspections, audits, and investigations.
Performance Management & Reporting
  • Track and monitor KPIs such as attendance, productivity, punctuality, and operational performance.
  • Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations for process improvements and workforce optimization.
  • Prepare HR reports and management updates as required.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead and develop HR coordinators and operational teams.
  • Promote a process-driven and performance-oriented culture.
  • Drive operational improvements and implement HR best practices.
  • Support the business in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing business requirements.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience managing large blue-collar workforces, preferably within logistics, delivery services, transportation, FMCG, manpower outsourcing, or similar high-volume environments.
  • Experience managing riders or a workforce of approximately 500 blue-collar employees will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, MOHRE regulations, and WPS requirements.
  • Experience in payroll coordination, including overtime, deductions, and incentive management.
  • Experience handling disciplinary cases, investigations, and employee relations matters.
  • Strong knowledge of HRMS and attendance management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
