Position Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete human resource function of the company, with a major focus on recruitment, employee management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads.
  • Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding procedures.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.

Human Resource Management

  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Support performance evaluation and employee development activities.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture.
  • Monitor employee discipline and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate visa, labor, and employment documentation as per UAE regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee contracts, and related documentation.
  • Assist management in workforce planning and organizational structuring.
  • Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
  • Maintain HRMIS and employee database systems.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
  • Identify training requirements and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Promote a positive and professional working environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in trading or software-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling multi-business operations.
  • Knowledge of visa processing and labor documentation in UAE.
  • Strong negotiation and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
