Hostees/Barista

Job Summary:

As a hostess/barista at our premium automotive dealership, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a welcoming, luxurious, and customer-focused environment while offering high-quality beverages and light refreshments. Your goal is to enhance the guest experience by delivering professional, attentive, and personalized service that reflects the standards of a world-class automotive brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception & Hospitality

• Greet all clients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Provide a premium first impression that reflects the brand's luxury standards.
• Manage the guest waiting area to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and organization.
• Direct guests to sales advisors, service personnel, or relevant departments.

Beverage Service (Barista Duties)

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages in line with brand presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and refreshment area.
• Monitor inventory of coffee supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

Administrative & Support Tasks

• Support showroom staff with light administrative duties such as scheduling or event preparation.
• Assist with hospitality during dealership events and VIP visits.
