Skills


5 – 8 years of experience in project or operations management within a creative agency, production house, or luxury events/gifting environment
Experience delivering high-end projects for luxury or VIP clients
A strong understanding of regional supply chain dynamics in the UAE/GCC
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and committed to quality
