We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graduate Graphic Designer to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills, build a strong portfolio, and gain hands‑on experience working on a variety of digital and print projects in a supportive environment.


Your role
  • Develop presentations, recreation calendars design, announcements, illustrations, logos, and other designs using up to date software as required.


  • Enhance slides and graphics to elevate the professional look and ensure adherence to the KAPSARC brand guidelines.


  • Take raw and complex information and ideas from the FM team and build a cohesive visual narrative to reflect the messages/ideas.


  • Design engaging and visually appealing slide decks and presentations that tell a clear and compelling story.


  • Create images and illustrations that complement and enhance the presentations.


  • Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in graphic design, data visualization, and visual storytelling.


  • Utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and PowerPoint to create high-quality visual content


  • Amend designs after feedback


  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing


  • Ensure that the required designs are prepared within the set deadlines


About you
  • University degree in Graphic Design


  • Proven graphic designing experience


  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details


  • Passion for exceptional creative and production


  • High proficiency in design software


  • Effective time-manager, able to self-motivate and prioritize tasks effectively


  • Adaptable and flexible


  • Confident communicator, able to articulately express ideas both in written and verbal form


  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision


  • Professional and approachable team player.


  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential


  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to handle last minute changes
