Job description

We are seeking a Certified Freelancer Trainer specializing in Management Training to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering engaging, impactful training sessions on a range of management and leadership topics. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs to meet client and organizational development goals.

Skills

  • Certified Trainer with credentials from recognized institutions (e.g., ATD, CIPD, ICF, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in delivering professional training in management, leadership, or organizational development.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with both in-person and virtual training environments.
  • Ability to manage training logistics and adapt to diverse learning audiences.
  • Fluency in English
