About the programme
Fly High is a highly selective, structured 3-year fast-track leadership development programme for UAE Nationals, designed to prepare and deploy talent into critical roles across the Emirates Group.
From the outset, you will be placed in real business environments with clear accountability, exposure to senior stakeholders, and opportunities to contribute to strategic priorities.
The programme combines cross functional experience, international exposure, formal learning, and executive mentorship to develop both operational depth and leadership capability.
On successful completion, you will transition into a permanent role with a defined career pathway aligned to business needs and your performance.
Your three-year journey
Your journey is structured across three progressive phases, designed to build your capability, broaden your perspective, and prepare you for leadership within the Emirates Group.
Phase 1: Foundation and Business Exposure
