Job description

Job Purpose

Across continents and cultures, we make the world fly better.

At Emirates Group, the scale of what we do, and where we’re going, creates a different kind of opportunity. One where you don’t just support hiring, but help shape how a global organisation attracts, engages and inspires talent. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Talent Attraction Manager to play a key role in translating our ambition, our standards and our people experience into a clear and compelling employer story.

This role sits within the Recruitment function and reports into the strategic lead for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction. It plays a critical role in operationalising attraction strategy and EVP activation across the Emirates Group. Acting as the interface between Recruitment and Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand, the role ensures attraction activity is structured, insight-led and aligned with business priorities, while embedding the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) consistently across candidate and employee touchpoints. The role includes line management of one team member, ensuring delivery of attraction priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, consistency and performance.

In this role you will:

  • Translate attraction strategy into action: Convert workforce demand, hiring plans and market intelligence into clear, prioritised attraction plans across talent segments and recruitment portfolios.
  • Lead structured briefing into CCMB: Develop quarterly and ad-hoc attraction briefs for the Corporate Communications, Marketing & Brand Team, outlining target audiences, messaging direction, and success measures. Ensure all briefs are grounded in data, EVP priorities and hiring needs.
  • Embed the EVP across the experience: Ensure the Emirates Group EVP is consistently reflected across the end-to-end candidate journey (campaigns, careers site, CRM, events, recruiter interactions) and key employee touchpoints.
  • Drive EVP internal adoption and advocacy: Support and implement executive and employee advocacy frameworks, enabling leaders and employees to represent the employer brand in a consistent and credible way.
  • Support employer brand positioning: Ensure the EVP resonates across priority talent segments, geographies and business units by translating it into relevant messaging frameworks while maintaining consistency.
  • Leverage talent and market intelligence: Consolidate insights from Recruitment, and external data to inform attraction planning and continuous improvement.
  • Track performance and ensure follow-through: Monitor attraction effectiveness and ensure follow-up on activations and delivery against briefs.
  • Ensure alignment across the ecosystem: Work closely with Recruitment, CRM, Partnerships and CCMB to ensure attraction efforts are coordinated and delivering measurable impact.

Why this role matters

As Emirates Group continues to grow, attraction needs to become more targeted, consistent and data-driven. This role ensures that:

  • Strategy is effectively translated into clear, actionable direction.
  • EVP is consistently brought to life across touchpoints.
  • Attraction efforts deliver quality pipelines, not just volume.
Qualification

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience or Marketing.
  • Recent experience in employer branding within a large, complex organisation.
  • Experience developing and governing enterprise-level Employer Value Propositions.
  • Demonstrated accountability for attraction investment performance and ROI optimisation.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders on talent market positioning and brand competitiveness.

You'll have an edge if you have:

  • Experience managing attraction budgets or influencing investment decisions.
  • Experience working within multi-brand environments.
  • Experience leading external agency partnerships.

If you’re looking to operate at scale, work on real business challenges and see the direct impact of your work on how talent engages with a global brand — this is your opportunity to be part of what comes next.
