ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are seeking a motivated Flight Ops Project Specialist (Trainee) to support our Flight Operations team. This trainee role is ideal for a fresh aviation graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in flight operations projects, operational documentation, and day-to-day administrative support within an aviation environment.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Support and participate in flight operations–related projects
  • Assist with Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) management, including updates, controls, and coordination
  • Support the production and maintenance of Flight Operations and Training documentation, including the Operations Manual and Minimum Equipment List (MEL), in collaboration with the Manager Flight Operations and Manager Crew Training
  • Coordinate the release and publication of Flight Operations and Training documentation in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist with applications for approvals and authorizations with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g., GCAA, IOMAR, SMAR)
  • Provide general office and administrative support to the Flight Operations department
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and controlled documentation
