Position: Finance Associate


Location: Oud Metha Offices, Dubai, UAE


Position Purpose


Axios International is seeking a Finance Associate to join our team in Dubai, reporting to the Finance Lead- Credit Control.  The purpose of the position is to support the end-to-end invoicing process with a focus on optimizing client setup and automating invoices. 


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Set up and maintain client accounts in SAP B1 for invoicing, based on the signed contracts
  • Set up client invoices templates in SAP B1 to ensure compliance with client requests
  • Liaise with the Digital Team to ensure that the data imported from the Patient Management System is fully automated for all programs
  • Assist in the generation and sending automated invoices to clients according to Axios SOPP
  • When required, upload invoices on Client’s payable platforms
  • Assist Finance Lead in automating the uploads on Client’s platforms
  • Support other ad-hoc finance-related tasks and provide cover for team members as requested by your manager.

Educational Background and Experience


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance 
  • 3+ years working in a busy, demanding varied finance role
  • Documented previous experience in SAP B1 specifically
  • Excellent command of written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills

Job Circumstances


  • The position is based in our regional office and may occasionally entail
  • Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is required
