Job Overview

We are looking for confident, motivated, and camera-friendly Property Consultants who are passionate about real estate and content creation. This is a dynamic field-based role combining property sales, client relationship management, and social media marketing.

The ideal candidate is comfortable appearing on camera, creating engaging content, and building a personal brand across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: AED 3,500 + commission
• High-performing consultants may progress to AED 5,000 salary + higher commission structures

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property sales and rental transactions across Dubai
• Create engaging real estate video content regularly
• Build and grow a professional social media presence
• Generate and manage leads
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients professionally
• Conduct property viewings and field activities across Dubai
• Stay updated with market trends and available inventory

Requirements

• Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable appearing in video and social media content
• Active on at least one social media platform
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred due to the field-based nature of the role

Work Details

• Location: Barsha Heights, Tecom, Dubai
• Working Days: Sunday to Friday
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Field-based role with travel across Dubai
