We're Hiring: Executive Assistant (Remote – UAE Based, Female Candidates Only)


Company: UAE/US-Based Wellness & Beauty Brand

Position: Executive Assistant (Remote)

Location: UAE (Remote – must be based in the UAE)


Salary: AED 2,000–4,000/month based on experience, with clear opportunities for growth based on performance

Hours: Full-time (US Time Zone)

Reports to: Operations Manager & CEO


We’re looking for a high-performing female Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays calm under pressure, and is ready to grow with a dynamic international wellness brand.

This is a key support role where you'll act as a right hand to leadership, ensuring the smooth execution of operations, communication, and task management across teams and occasionally supporting with personal and administrative tasks for management when needed.

  • Previous EA, operations, or admin experience strongly preferred
  • Must be based in the UAE and available to work US hours
