💰 Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)

We're seeking a sharp, self-sufficient Executive Assistant who can manage busy calendars, coordinate high-level communications and keep daily operations flowing. This role calls for someone who thrives on ownership, stays composed under pressure and knows how to balance the big picture with the smallest details.
Please note: Only candidates currently residing in Dubai and with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience will be considered for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the CEOs’ calendars and daily agendas to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate meetings, travel and appointments seamlessly
- Maintain a clear overview and prioritize tasks and assignments effectively
- Manage back-office operations and communication with internal teams and external partners
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support business decisions
- Organize meetings, take notes and follow up on action items
- Handle ad hoc tasks and solve challenges proactively
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up on priorities across multiple companies and time zones
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- A strong sense of overview and ability to stay on top of multiple assignments
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic or Dutch is a plus
- Experience or familiarity with business setups or real estate industry is highly desirable
- A confident problem-solver who works independently and takes initiative
- Professional, discreet and highly reliable
