Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, managing existing client accounts, conducting sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will also be involved in analyzing market trends and developing sales strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand client needs, and align with business objectives.
  • Present innovative design concepts and proposals to clients, emphasizing the unique value of the company’s services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services and attract new clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing successful past projects and design capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on client preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional campaigns to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in B2B sales within exhibitions/events/interiors.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify new opportunities in exhibitions and interiors.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
