We are a fast-growing event management company specializing in corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, festivals, product launches, and brand activations. We are looking for a talented and innovative Event Creative Manager to lead our creative vision and deliver exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts and themes for corporate events, exhibitions, and live experiences.
* Lead the creative design process from concept to execution.
* Prepare mood boards, presentations, and event proposals for clients.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their brand objectives and event goals.
* Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, and project managers.
* Oversee stage design, venue décor, branding, lighting, audiovisual elements, and guest experience.
* Ensure creative concepts are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Stay updated with the latest event industry trends, technologies, and creative innovations.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or creative event production.
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative event concepts and successful projects.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or other relevant design software.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing large-scale corporate events, exhibitions, and government projects.
* Knowledge of 3D event visualization and AI-powered creative tools.
* Experience working with international brands and high-profile clients.
